The Hive Venture is a project with purpose and a small business incubator dedicated to creating inspired places for entrepreneurs and the community. Founded by the owner of NR Design, Nicole Dumont, and rooted in the neighborhood she calls home, The Hive transformed a cornerstone building that had sat vacant for nearly two years after a fire in the adjacent property. Today, it serves as a hub for collaboration, innovation, and local business growth. The Hive proves that thoughtful investment in people and place can revitalize an entire community.
